REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We strive hard to confer the best shopping experience and safe, certified, and effective health supplements to our customers. In case, you are dissatisfied with the product received, you can connect with our customer care representative to initiate a return or cancellation request. We will schedule a reverse pickup and upon close inspection of the product condition and reviewing the reason for cancellation/return, we will either replace your order with a new product or initiate a refund.
Return Policy
In case, you receive a damaged/ wrong order or parts of your products are missing; you can click its pictures and email us at support@herbgenics.com to schedule a reverse pickup. Our representative will reach your doorstep with a new product and will replace your product after a close inspection of the damaged order you received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Cancellation and Refund
If you are dissatisfied with our services or products or have placed a wrong order, you can request for order cancellation by clicking the cancel button in my orders’ section of our website. Besides, you can directly call our customer care officer to place a cancellation request.
We will initiate a refund within 7 business days. In case of online payment, the amount will be credited back to the credit/ debit card used during a transaction. For C-o-D orders, we will issue a cheque in favour of the customer.
